Get to Know Me

I’m Rebecca Jordan, an instructional designer and former educator with over a decade of experience creating purposeful, learner-focused content. I specialize in translating complex information into engaging, purposeful learning experiences whether for students, educators, or corporate teams.

With advanced training in communication, reading instruction, coaching, and the science of reading, I bring a deep understanding of how people learn. I use these skills to craft clear, structured instructional materials that promote knowledge retention and skill development. My background in coaching helps me work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure content meets both learner and business needs.

I use data analysis to drive every design decision including identifying performance gaps, tailoring content to specific learner profiles, and measuring the effectiveness of learning solutions. My expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Figma, and Google Workspace help me to design microlearning, eLearning modules, job aids and virtual workshops.

Whether developing onboarding experiences, compliance training, or communication skills modules, I apply my instructional expertise to help organizations solve problems, build capability, and improve performance.

And just like in my kitchen, where I love to experiment, refine, and perfect recipes, I bring the same care, creativity, and process-driven mindset to every learning solution I create.
