I’m Rebecca Jordan - most people know me as Becky - an instructional designer and consultant who helps organizations and small businesses bring clarity to training, processes, and everyday work.

With a background in education, coaching, and instructional design, I specialize in translating complex information into clear, usable systems whether that’s an eLearning experience, a workflow, or practical documentation teams actually use.

My work sits at the intersection of learning design, communication, and process improvement, helping teams reduce confusion, build capability, and move forward with confidence.

Whether developing onboarding experiences, compliance training, or communication skills modules, I apply my instructional  and consulting expertise to help organizations solve problems, build capability, and improve performance.

And just like in my kitchen, where I love to experiment, refine, and perfect recipes, I bring the same care, creativity, and process-driven mindset to every learning solution I create.
