I design learning experiences that solve business problems- eLearning, job aids, and training tools that support performance and behavior change.
I help businesses simplify processes, improve physical and digital workflows, and build systems that make work easier and more consistent.
I create simple websites, brochures, documentation, and visual tools that support employees, customers, and business operations.
This scenario-based learning experience is designed to help professionals navigate everyday communication challenges and practice making thoughtful, effective decisions in realistic situations. Learners move through branching scenarios, see the impact of their choices, and build confidence in how they communicate under pressure.
The same approach used in this project is applied to designing training, business systems, workflows, documentation, and digital organization tools.
I believe the best solutions come from working together. I value collaboration and make space for different perspectives throughout every project.
I approach challenges by asking thoughtful questions and looking beyond surface-level fixes to design solutions that actually work.
Clear, consistent communication is central to my work. I focus on shared understanding so projects move forward with clarity and trust.
I lead with support and intention, helping teams and individuals build confidence and move toward meaningful progress.
